Responsible farming and clean production is always a pressing issue and first concerned of consumer market and community organizations. For years, a number of organizations such as Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP), Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) and etc., have issued standards to control and promote aquaculture and production in line with the general trend of the whole society. The standards have been around for a long time, and the farming areas have also approached, implemented and maintained these requirements very early but still cannot avoid the shortcomings in the implementation and improvement of the system, in order to meet increasingly stringent market demands which set more technical barriers for businesses.
