SGS (Thailand) Limited held the seminar under the topic of “GFSI Recognized Standard Food Business for AEC Preparation” to educate all participants about GFSI standard; FSSC 22000 and SQF edition 7.1 as well as advantages of the standard implementation. In addition, there was the special topic on “Wrap up: Food Standards for ASEAN Economic Communities (AEC)” to ensure the reliability among business partners such as suppliers, exporters, importers and food entrepreneurs, including update the IFS Unannounced Audit Scheme and Gluten Free Certification & Gluten Risk Management.

Nowadays, gluten is one of the most important food allergens, especially in the North America. This seminar provided the regulation on gluten risk assessment for food manufacturers as well as food retailers who strive to meet food safety and gluten free food production standard. In this regard, this seminar drew attention of F&B professionals.
