Mikuni (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently achieved ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems Certification. Henry Wang, Managing Director of SGS (Thailand) Ltd., presented the certification to Naota Imokawa, Managing Director of Mikuni (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
ISO 9001:2008 specifies the prerequisites for a Quality Management System; a company seeking certification must establish, implement and continuously improve its QMS. The effective application of a QMS will boost customers’ satisfaction and confidence in the brand or company.
ISO 9001:2008 also requires the company or organization to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet customer requirements as well as applicable statutory and regulatory standards.
