The SGS BRC Global Food Standard Interpretation Training helps you understand the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Food Standard and supports the related implementation process.

If you are a food manufacturer, supplier or retailer wanting to implement management systems based on the standard – and to comply with its requirements – you should attend this training.

After completing this course, you will be able to support the implementation of a management system based upon BRC Global Food Standard requirements. These concern food quality and safety, your manufacturing and/or retailing operations, and all of your legal obligations.

To attend, you need some previous knowledge of food safety or Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs.
